The Jackson French Quarter Dixieland Band specializes in traditional Dixieland Jazz. Formed in 1984, the band is named in honor of the French Quarter in New Orleans, the birthplace and cradle of Jazz. We feature a wide repertoire of upbeat musical selections, including such favorites as When the Saints go Marching In, Bill Bailey, Tiger Rag, Muskrat Ramble, Alexander's Ragtime Band, and Just a Closer Walk with Thee, to name a few. Many of our selections are straight out of Preservation Hall in New Orleans. Our love for Dixieland and performing make any event fun and memorable for the audience.
